The company is registered with the Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC), the body responsible for company and financial-services regulation in Australia. Its ACN and ABN are public, and both point at the same entity — the one named above, and the one you contract with.
Check it rather than trust it
Both numbers are quoted because different counterparties ask for different ones, and both resolve to this exact company on public registers. A client who can verify the entity in ten seconds does not have to take a footer's word for it.
Who we do not serve
Accounts are not opened for US retail persons, nor for residents of any jurisdiction where we are not authorised to offer these products. The check runs at sign-up rather than after a deposit has arrived, and the form says so when you select your country.
