Feed health is shown, not hidden

The terminal tracks whether prices are actually arriving, not whether a socket claims to be connected. A socket can acknowledge a subscription and then deliver nothing. When a feed goes quiet, you are told it has gone quiet.

And a market that is not trading shows a price that is not moving. There is no simulated drift on a live feed, which sounds obvious and is the sort of thing that has to be deliberately kept out.
