Spreads & costs

What a trade costs, in full, before you place it.

Most desks charge you three times. The spread, a commission, and a swap on every leveraged position held overnight. We charge once. No commission, no swap, no hidden fees. Hold a position for a month and it costs exactly what an hour costs, because carrying it costs nothing.

Where the number comes from

The spread is derived from the venue's real order book rather than set as a house figure, then floored per liquidity tier. Deep markets are quoted tightest and thin ones carry what they actually cost, which is why the figure differs by market instead of sitting at one flat number for everything.

Major (BTC, ETH) · 20 bps round tripthe floor; deep books quote it constantly
Mid (large alts) · 26 bps round tripliquid, but thinner than the majors
Small (everything else) · 34 bps round tripwhere crossing the book genuinely costs more

What a basis point is, in money

A basis point is one hundredth of a percent. On a $10,000 position, 20 bps round trip is $20. Paid once, across the whole trade, and already reflected in the price you see when you close. The figure for every market is on the ticket before you commit.
