These are the documents that govern the relationship. We publish them here rather than behind the sign-up so you can read them first. They are the same documents the terminal serves, from one source, so two copies can never come to say two different things. The Client Agreement is the contract itself and is shown to you when you open an account.

What is worth reading first

• The close-out and negative balance sections. What happens when a position goes against you.
• The AML & KYC Policy. What we will ask you to prove, and when.
• The Privacy Policy. What we hold, why, and how long for.
