Infrastructure & Oracles

Nothing else on the desk works without this layer. Oracles carry off-chain prices on-chain, bridges move value between networks, and indexers make any of it queryable. It is the least glamorous sector here and one of the largest, at around forty markets.

It also behaves differently from the chains it serves. Infrastructure tends to trade on adoption rather than on narrative, so it moves later and less violently than the Layer 1 it sits under — which is exactly why it is filed apart from it rather than mixed in.
